Easy Peasy Tip: Install a Low Flow Showerhead!

This is one of the easiest Easy Peasy Tips ever: go out and purchase a low-flow showerhead, screw it on, and immediately become a champion water conserver. Low-flow showerheads are available in many prices and styles, starting with a basic hardware store version for under $10 up to schmancy ones for lots more money. But you don’t have to spend a lot to see the savings– just make sure your showerhead also has an “off” button/knob/switch, so you can turn off the flow while you’re lathering up/shaving/spacing out.

the pressure is generally the same, but there is less water coming through – in my experience anyway!
Hey Lynda! You might need to experiment with a few (and/or read reviews about them)– some showerheads might cut back on pressure, while others definitely do not.
