I’m sorry. I only come here when I want something. In this case, a snazzy envirosax bag (or 5). I don’t remember whether envirosax or chico bag was deemed the best , but I do love me my envirosaxes. (envirosaxi? envirosex?)
AH THOSE ARE SO CUTE MY EYES HURT.
I’d love these! (but who wouldn’t?)
Oh my! These are super-cool looking!
I would love one of those bags. They are cool!
So stylish! I only have huge canvas bags that I lug around when I am running errands. These little cuties would be just the thing to have for carrying my impulse purchases (that I try not to make too many of, but you know how it goes).
Not that I need more bags, but these ones are super cute!
These are beautiful! Thank you so much for the generous giveaway.
Those bags are so awesome. I love the colors and patterns.
comment!
Very cute!
How can I not want some cute envirosax! I’ve been meaning to get a couple of these, as they are so cute…though I’ve been hopelessly devoted to Baggus for a couple of years. :)
These are so gorgeous! Who wouldn’t want to go green with these beauties? Thanks for the opportunity!
Oh, I LOVE the Candy set! Pick me!
So cute!
I am helpless in the face of adorable reusable bags! I loaned a bag to a friend and it hasn’t come back yet, so I’m down to one. Please pick me, random universe!
Sweet bags!
Dude! How cute are those?
Very cute! I’ve been trying to convince my boyfriend that we should carry bags like this for grocery shopping instead of taking the plastic bags from the grocery store. Something like this might help!
Oooh, awesome! We could totally use these!
I’ve really been enjoying the blog. Lots of great tips!
Love these bags! Perfect for all shopping! I would love to have them!
Too cute!! I’ve been looking for a reusable bag that is cute enough to carry around! I live in Portland, OR - and walk (or bike) everywhere. I need a bag that I can use when I run errands or go to the farmer’s market! :o)
…and I thought my black reusable bags were stylin’! Not sure whether I’d keep these or give as gifts!
Some people like fancy shoes, or expensive purses. I like resuable totes. Gimme.
I have some reuseable bags, but I would love a set to keep in the car.
Adorable!
i love me my envirosax! i need to add more to my stash since it seems other people love them too…they neglect to return them to me in a timely manner when i use them to tote things to friends!
Spiffy!
yes, please! we’re going to be moving in a few weeks, and what better way to celebrate our new home than with a new set of reusable bags? seriously though, we use our canvas bags for groceries all the time, but i’d love to have some of these - they’d be a lot easier to keep with me all the time, since they’re so neatly packaged.
these cut bags are a great way to get ‘the others’ on the reusable bandwagon!
cute*
I want one!
Those bags look SO nice and I’m thinking they would make great gifts for the holidays to encourage green living!
So much cuter than the bags I use!
ooh yay envirosacks!
Ooh nice bags! If I win them I am going to spread the wealth and share them with my friends!
envirosex - hee hee hee! now that’s a topic for another day …
keep up the fabulous work, TC!
I missed out on the Soap Nuts giveaway, but I followed the link from the giveaway and made a purchase directly so thanks for the intro to that great product.
I would love to win one or several of these bags! Two of my reusable bags are about to be re-purposed …for what? I am not sure, but they are falling apart.
Count me in!
Wow, those are some terrific prints!
I’m just here to plug the wonderfulness of the bags. If my number comes up - pick somebody else so they can share the joy!
Stacey, they both have their pros and cons - if you want to see a side-by-side, click here: http://lloydandlauren.com/2007/11/17/envirosax-vs-chicobags/
I’m with Lauren. I’m just here to say how much I love love love my envirosax! If I get picked, pick again!! Someone else should get the chance to try them out. And they’re not very expensive either.
These bags are “manly” enough that even my husband would use them.
Pick me! Pick me! Pick Me!
I *love* Envirosax — they are so convenient to tuck into a bag or a pocket. Last Xmas, Santa left gifts wrapped in kids Envirosax at our house. I’d love to have some more grownup ones.
Would love to have a set of these — cute prints!
Oh boy, I wish I commented when there wasn’t a chance I could win something. :)
As a broke college student trying to stay cool and green, these stylish bags would be perfect!
I am so encouraged by the number of reusable bags (bought from the grocery store) I see being used at the Trader Joe’s and food co-op I’ve shopped at…but with these bags one can avoid being an advertisement for a grocery store!
I’ve already commented here, but wanted to tell Valerie that it is SO easy to make your own bags. If you have, or have a friend who has a sewing machine, or if you are ambitious enough (and/or desperate enough) these are not even a huge project when sewn by hand, so get out your needle, thread, thimble and scissors (or teeth), go to a yard sale and find something really cheap in a woven fabric, like an old sheet or large piece of clothing for next to nothing. Take it home. Cut it out like you want it to be ~ I would suggest the following. Cut out 2 pieces about 16 x 18 or whatever you like, first put wrong sides together and sew a narrow seam around 3 sides. Then turn wrong side out and sew again right next to the edge of those seams (so that it encases the raw edges and will make your sack really durable.) Next, turn right side out and fold the top down to the inside about 1/4 inch and then again about 1 inch. Sew that firmly in place. Lastly, cut two strips about 2 inches wide and as long as you’d like the handles to be. Place one right side down, fold the raw edges to the center and then fold it in half, lengthwise, of course and stitch it all firmly, then very securely attach the ends of the handles to the inside of the top of your sack being sure to sew it only to the top hem of the bag where it is reinforced. Of course, these handmade bags can be decorated to your heart’s content with whatever you like, sew on, fabric glued on, painted on with fabric paints, drawn on with permanent markers, sequins and buttons taken off other things….. only your imagination will know where it wants to go.
Another thing would be to buy some very large old blue jeans and make sacks out of the legs (cut to appropriate lengths of course, or make bags from the tops of blue jeans. Or other pants, for that matter. Have fun! You might even be able to sell some of these and relieve some of your poverty. :D
Cute bags! I’ve been hearing a lot about them: )
I love those bags!
I only recently got turned on to this blog but have adored everything I’ve seen here so far. This prize is one example of that. I started using re-usable bags for things like groceries about three years ago. That’s when I gave up my car and needed sometihng easier to carry home from the grocery store than the plastic bags they were offering. Now my city (San Francisco) doesn’t even offer plastic bags in stores and almost everyone is carrying around tote bags. Yay!
What cute bags! Thanks for the great contest.
So cute!
I believe that I’ve turned into a bag collector. Especially when I can get them free
I’d love to win!
PLEASE PICK ME! I use cloth bags for everything but none of mine are this cute!
Wow, how cool of you to be giving these away! I love your blog. Makes me want to give something away too!
What a terrific giveaway!
These bags are adorable! I would LOVE to take these to the grocery store! They are definitely cuter than the reusable bags I normally take to the grocery store. Thanks for offering such a great giveaway!!
Oh, I’d love to win! I have some plain black ACME bags (that are great), but could always use more reusable bags… and the Envirosax are so cute! So many uses beyond groceries…
Oh, how I’ve wanted some of these! I hope I win!
I would love to win these, even though I have a stack of canvas bags that I use for transport - I would give these out to friends at Christmas!
I’d love to have one of these! Thanks for the contest.
Great give away!
Nice bags!
I love the patterns!

Yolanda,
Thanks for the tips on the DIY bags! I might just have to try sewing again—last time didn’t work out so well, but I should allay my fears.
I love Envirosax tote, thanks for the chance!
That set of 5 in particular is made of really great patterns!
great giveaway!
I love these……..I need to get matchy matchy bags instead of the conglomerate that I take to the store!
these would make great stocking stuffers….
