Favorite Green Places: The Linkery

I love The Linkery restaurant in San Diego. They serve only sustainably raised meats and fish. They have an ethic about it where the whole animal should be used and respected so they often feature offal selections or cuts of meat you might not find other places. They make all of their own condiments, bread, cure their own meat. When they moved into their current location, they used local businesses to renovate the space and used reclaimed furniture to furnish it. They also feature vegetables from local farms and have great vegetarian and vegan selections. I love it!
