Easy Peasy Tip: Stay Healthy!

The better health we’re in, the fewer resources we use. Healthy folks don’t require medications, fancy tests, or hospital visits, and they generally walk or bike instead of drive, and eat nutritious food. So, staying healthy not only benefits you, but the whole earth too!

Fortunately, many of the things that are good for the environment (i.e., walking, biking, eating local produce, gardening, eating less processed food) are also good for health! Two goods for the price of one :)
