It’s another time of year when seasons are changing - for some you may be transitioning from the summer recess to the school year again, for others, you are dealing with a winter-to-spring transition. You know, we’ve talked about picking something new for the new season before - but we also advise you to Sleep On It. When things are changing like this, you can feel a tiny bit out of control. So instead of buying that thing you’re sure you need, sleep on it. You can buy it tomorrow if you need to! And if you’re feeling run ragged from all the things you had to get done before the new season then listen to your body and get a good nights rest. You’ll find that waking up well rested will do wonders to your outlook and disposition.
